Kottayam: Echoing love and unity for the nation, the Vijayapuram Social Service Society (VSSS) organized a vibrant patriotic song competition titled ‘NIRAM – 2026’ on Saturday, August 12, at Amalanilayam, witnessing enthusiastic participation from various parishes.
Rev. Fr. Anas Paul Karottunalunnel (VSSS Assistant Director) officially inaugurated the ceremony. Sebastian Mattathil (Program Project Officer) welcomed the gathering, while John Joseph (Administrator) and Mathew Joseph (Balavedi & Kaval Plus Coordinator) delivered felicitation speeches. Pramila George (Community Development Officer) expressed gratitude.
Prizes were distributed to the winners by Rev. Fr. Aji Joseph Cheru Kakkancheril (Vijayapuram Curia Moderator). The organizers congratulated all the participating teams for making this musical gathering a wonderful celebration of patriotism.
